If you believe you have cause to return your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, by email to info@bellatabella.com.au, advising us of the reason for the return and requesting a Returns Authorisation.
Bella Tabella will accept returns of goods within 21 days of shipping, returned in original undamaged packaging if you are requesting an exchange or credit. We cannot accept returns unless the goods are unused, or in some way faulty.
Once you have received our Returns Authorisation, return the goods together with the Returns Authorisation and original packing slip to:

Bella Tabella will not pay for return shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error. We will make every effort to process returned items within
7 business days of receipt of the return and notify you of the outcome.
Bella Tabella ships via Australia Post. The standard flat rate of $10.00 applies to major destinations throughout Australia.
